Module refunds

Existing SoloRack owners prior to version 2.1 who have licenses for the (then) None System B modules (i.e separately payed modules) are eligible for a refund. This is because those extra modules are no longer sold separately, instead they are all part of the System B now.

So if you like to receive a refund for your none System B modules. Simply send an email to ammar@solostuff.net from your SoloStuff account email with the subject line “Please refund my extra modules”. Please allow at least 48 hours for the refund to be processed as this has to be done manually. Please also note that the refunds may incur minor paypal fees deducted which are out of our hands. If in any case the fees happen to be too much (or for any other reason), let us know and we’ll send you the difference.

The refund is NOT a cancellation of your orders. You’ll still be able to use all the modules you purchased normally in the current version and later versions of SoloRack.

The refunds will be sent to your paypal email that originally made the payment. So if you have a different paypal email now, please let us know in the message you send us. If the original payment was not made by you, but by an organization/company, then please understand that this organization/company are the ones who should receive the refund.

If you choose not to have a refund then we’ll consider your past extra modules payments as generous donations for SoloRack development. And we thank you for it.

Please note that we can keep this offer open for months, but not for years. So if you choose to refund, it’s better not to delay it.

I believe that this move will add value to the System B, make SoloRack more competitive and make it much more simple for licensing, both for us and for SoloRack users.
